2008 PRICING.

As a rough guide the initial fee for any Form or Survey is £50. This is to open your file and register your requirements with our servers.

Design Charges are usually around £150 per page for multi page surveys, but are very much less and often free for simple lists or forms.

These charges cover the look, feel and functionality of a survey or questionnaire, personalising it for your company, club or organisation.

Graphics and Logos will be quoted separately but we don't charge for a simple logo submission from supplied artwork.

Setup is charged at £4.50 per question or required response. (multiple choice/check box questions are counted as one question) So a survey with 100 questions would cost £450 exclusive of setup and hosting.

There is a monthly hosting and maintenance fee of £30 for surveys that expect from 1 to 1000 responses in any calendar month.

This rises to £45 per each 1000 thereafter up to 10,000 (after 10,000 we will quote you special rates)
so up to 9999 responses expected per month will cost £390 per month.

If your account looks likely to exceed the expected volume we will contact and advise you.

PRICING EXAMPLE

A basic ten question survey with company logo attracting 500 responses per month emailed directly to the client.

£95.00 (one off payment) plus £30 per month

They may be other small charges really depending on your requirements (such as results publication, sending notifications to mobiles or faxes etc..)

Our prices are not subject to Vat.
All charges are payable in advance.
Monthly payments should be paid by Direct debit or PayPal.
There is NO fixed term of contract but the minimum hosting charge is 1 month at what ever response level is expected.
