  • Will I need any technical knowledge to put a form or survey together?
    No at all, you just need to know what information you want to gather and the questions you need to ask. Our technical department will do the rest. You can upload a word doc (and graphics if required) see the upload details link on the main page.

  • How long can the survey or form stay online?
    As long as you like from one day to all year

  • Is there a restriction to the amount of responses I can have on my survey?
    No, there is no limit to responses.

  • Can I integrate the form or survey in my webpage?
    Yes, we can send you the Java, HTML or script as you require it.

  • How do you charge?
    After an initial setup fee, we charge by the question or response required, then there is a monthly hosting and results posting fee which depends on the size of the survey or form and the responses anticipated. A basic guide to costs are here

  • Are the results safe?
    Yes for sure see our Security page.

  • Can I sell online with one of your forms?

  • How will the results be sent to me?
    Direct to your email, fax or mobile phone (subject to your mobile service provider and fees) you choose which ever is cost effective and best for you.

  • How can I pay for my form?
    Once established you can pay by direct debit, PayPal by reoccurring subscription or cheque.
